This is how to purchase from us

Get inspired by browsing. At the different product categories you will find our complete range of selected quality products.

Find the page with details about a certain product. Select colour, size and number of items and put the article you want to purchase into the shopping basket. You can see it gets updated. When you are ready to purchase go to check out.

To purchase you must register as a customer with us. Be careful to provide correct details. They are required foor us to be able to fulfil our obligations. If you are already a customer instead log in with previous data.

Check that all information is correct. After confirming your purchase you will receive an order confirmation by email.

You can always log in and check delivery status for your purchase order.

Price

All prices on English site are stated in € and inclusive of 25% VAT.

Freight

The price for the freight is €35 across EU. You must provide your mobile number at registration, else you will not be notified about delivery.

Delivery time

Delivery time is stated at check out and is an estimate. More information is available after your purchase if you click Delivery status in the menu and log in. We will update information when available.

Payment method

Visa or Mastercard. We use the safety standard Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. The amount will be drawn from the card directly at time of purchase.

Colours

Colours of our products appear somewhat different in different web browsers. Thus you can experience som deviation between the colour at the screen and the real product.

General terms

You must be 18 years old and och live in the EU to be allowed to buy from us. Customer information must be correct. You may only purchase in your own name. An agreement about purchase is only made after that Fine wine & table have confirmed by email. We reserve the right to correct errors in site information regarding e.g. price and delivery time.

Sale is made in accordance with EU legislation on e-commerce.

Right to cancel order

You have the right to cancel your order 14 days after your reception of the goods except for certain articles specially made. In that case it is mentioned in the description of the article on the site. If you want to utilize the right to cancel the order you must first contact us via email for approval. The goods shall be returned to us not used, not damaged and in original product packaging. Attach delivery document and payment evidence. You as customer must pay for the return freight and stand the risk of transportation damage. Right to cancel order does not apply to corporations.

Damage and guarantees

You have a 2 years guarantee in accordance with EU legislation. Check the goods at reception. If something is wrong or damaged contact us as soon as possible by email so that we can assist you. Transportation damage must be reported within 3 days of reception. Visible damage must also be reported directly at delivery to transporter.
